Zoë is a qualified massage therapist working from her beautiful home studio in magical Mangawhai. She specialises in gentle somatic bodywork therapies, including face and head massage and holistic belly care. Offering warm, respectful care within the realms of healing, Zoë helps restore ease and natural flow to your wairua and body, opens space for insight in your life’s expression, and reconnects you with the radiant beauty that is uniquely you.

Whilst practising towards her massage diploma, Zoë discovered her innate intuitive gifts when caring for the body and went on to train in many more complementary modalities that now inform what she offers today. As an intuitive, a seer and a body‑whisperer of sorts, Zoë has a special gift for sensing into and listening deeply to the body, and to the vibrant life held within it. A unique and integral part of every session is her gentle sharing of these insights and inner wisdoms with you as the treatment unfolds — words that are ultimately from you, for you, reflected back with clarity and compassion. Guided breath, beautiful scents and trauma‑aware care combine to create a soothing, held space where your inner journey and healing can happen in their own way & time.
Zoë is certified in myofascial release, fascial unwinding, C‑section release (and soon general scar release), womb and fertility massage, holistic pelvic care and Face Up sculpting massage. She has also undertaken personal studies in menstrual cycle awareness, Chinese medicine and Indigenous wisdom, energetic patterning and supportive belly self‑care. Working from this broad skillset of practical learnings, alongside her deeper, relational way of tending the body, she offers unique, personalised and holistic healing care. Although much of her practice tends to the female body, Zoë also welcomes and works with male clients.
As a therapist she holds a deep respect for the body as home and for its connection to the life flow within and around us. She works gently, helping your wairua to flow, always staying within the realms of comfort and consent. It brings her great joy to support others to heal from experience and to reconnect with their essence, so they may live from a place of centredness, clarity and beauty.
